We currently have two desk spaces available in a shared studio at North Laine, located within YoYo Yard, a vibrant creative hub in central Brighton.
Each desk space measures approximately 2m x 60cm and sits within a bright, well-insulated studio environment. The space includes sink plumbing, heating, insulated walls, one window, and a secure door.
The studio forms part of YoYo Yard, a creative site home to nine artist studios and a large on-site sauna with sauna garden and yard.
The studios share a communal kitchenette and two WCs.
These spaces are ideal for artists, designers, makers, and creative small businesses looking for a welcoming and inspiring workspace in the heart of Brighton.

The Yard
YoYo Yard is a creative community space built within a former print shop. The site has evolved into a hub for artists, makers, and creative practitioners.

YoYo Yard also participates in the Brighton Artist Open Houses and hosts monthly Artists in Residence in the central yard space, helping connect the art studios and sauna garden with the wider creative community.
The yard is located just 5 minutes from Brighton railway station, in the heart of the lively North Laine district.

Terms

• Flexible contracts with one month’s notice to vacate

• Electricity metered individually for each studio – pay only for what you use

• No water charges unless your unit has a sink
